Field Trips Parents or guardians transporting children, other than their own, on field trips are required to possess a valid driver's license. According to Diocese of Biloxi policies, anyone driving students for a field trip must have a level of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident liability insurance or a minimum of $300,000 single liability insurance. A copy of both the driver's license and insurance policy must be given to the principal the week before the field trip. The vehicle must have a current license plate.
Any parent attending a field as a chaperone, must complete a background check and the Safe Environment using the directions above. Thank you.
