The Nativity Parent Association (NPA) raffle started over 10 years ago as a way to offset tuition rates for families. Instead of increasing tuition, each family was asked to sell or buy $400 in raffle tickets. Since then, this raffle has generated over $500,000 for Nativity BVM Catholic School, which directly offsets the burden of rising operational costs.
This year, we're excited to announce that we have updated our raffle in an effort to make tickets easier to sell. Each Nativity BVM Catholic School family must sell or buy 20 $20 tickets. For every $100 sold in extra tickets, the family will receive a 20% credit back to their account.
Each month for 10 months, 3 winners will be drawn: (1) $1,000, (2) $750, (3) $250.
The first drawing will be held on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning in September 2023. Winners will be notified and posted on the school's social media accounts.
